The Soul Spa will be an opportunity for you to spend an hour every Tuesday experiencing the deep relaxation that comes with reconnecting to the soul.

It will enable you to look beyond your entrenched habits of thought and behaviour and create opportunities to make a lasting difference to your life – to perhaps fill that void in your life you may have felt.
